Equinox is seeking a Senior Designer to join the creative team, reporting to the Senior Creative Director. This role will elevate Equinox’s design language – upholding the brand’s legacy of creative excellence through innovation, problem-solving and impeccable taste.

The Senior Designer will partner with cross-functional teams to develop thoughtful design solutions that meet marketing objectives. The ideal candidate holds a BA/BFA in Graphic Design with advanced Figma and Adobe skills,

Qualifications

• BA or BFA in Graphic Design.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma.
• Advanced knowledge of core Adobe Programs - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
• Solid Motion & Editing Capabilities (Premiere, AfterEffects).
• Strong Knowledge of digital design and best practices across web & app.
• Working knowledge of shoot production.
• Solid understanding of print production.
• Working knowledge and/or interest in gen-AI.
• Extraordinary understanding of typography and layout.
• Strong communication skills, and a collaborative 'can-do' attitude.
• Exceptional time-management.

Responsibilities

• Supports the creative team designing and developing digital marketing materials across owned channels such as email, web, app, organic social as well as paid media.
• Implements and upholds the brand’s visual identity consistently across all marketing communications including: Updating brand guidelines as needed.
• Approaches design conceptually, with the ability to back up an idea with visually arresting moodboards and strategic rationale.
• Sets a positive example to the designers – pro-actively bringing fresh, innovative design solutions to the table, inspired by what’s happening in luxury, fashion and art.
• Actively keeps up with trends in social media and culture.
• Supports the team with Art Direction for brand shoots & Social Media as needed.
• Translates marketing briefs with ease, taking the initiative to work with Project Managers and cross-functional partners to ensure that all objectives and deadlines are met.

Job Description

Equinox is currently seeking a Senior Designer to join the creative team, reporting in to the Senior Creative Director. This role will play a crucial part in elevating Equinox’s design language – upholding the brand’s legacy of creative excellence through innovation, problem-solving and impeccable taste. The ideal candidate will have a knack for Art Direction and an interest in gaining shoot experience. The Senior Designer will partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop thoughtful design solutions that deliver against our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Including but not limited to the following:

• Supports the creative team designing and developing digital marketing materials across owned channels such as email, web, app, organic social as well as paid media.

Pay Transparency: $105,00 — 115,000 annually
