Job summary

MDG is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join the team in Boca Raton, FL, operating on a hybrid model with remote Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tue-Thu. The role focuses on across digital and print, elevating client brands with strong creative direction.

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for design, a sharp eye for typography, color, and composition, and a proven ability to collaborate across the agency to deliver memorable campaigns. Portfolio required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, design, or graphic art preferred.
• 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Portfolio of exceptional integrated campaigns that are brand building and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative solutions for complex marketing projects.
• Conceptualize creative solutions across traditional, digital, and social media for various clients.
• Write compelling headlines and execute concepts visually.
• Develop and maintain client branding guidelines and design standards.
• Execute day-to-day work while handling larger conceptual projects.
• Create website mockups from scratch and from pre-existing templates.
• Manage multiple fast-paced projects efficiently.
• Assist with presentations to existing and new clients.
• Understand the client’s business, vision, and goals.
• Track time, projects, and communication through our project management system.

MDG is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join the team!

The Senior Designer brings a passion for everything design, generating ideas, and helping move the agency forward. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver across digital and print mediums who thrives in a collaborative environment where great work is built together and every voice contributes to the outcome.

We currently follow a hybrid model of Mondays and Fridays remote and Tuesday - Thursday in our Boca Raton, FL office.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative solutions for complex marketing projects
• Conceptualize creative solutions, including traditional, digital, and social media, for a variety of clients within multiple verticals
• Write compelling headlines and execute the concepts visually
• Develop and maintain client branding guidelines and design standards
• Execute day-to-day work while working on larger conceptual projects
• Create Website mockups from scratch and from pre-existing templates
• Manage multiple fast-paced projects efficiently
• Assist with presentations to existing and new clients
• Understand the client\'s business, vision, and goals
• Track time, projects and communication through our project management system

Requirements

• Possess a pixel-level attention to detail and a strong design sense, with an eye for typography, composition, and color
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Be a team player, working collaboratively with agency team to meet deadlines
• Skilled in image manipulation and color correction
• Proficient in video editing and motion graphics.
