Job summary

David&Goliath in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Designer to join our team. You will work with creatives across clients to formulate concepts and execute a variety of digital formats.

The role reports into our ECD/Design Director. You will own projects from concept through execution, collaborating with strategy, production and account teams while maintaining high craft and delivering strong visual work.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft and a distinct point of view.
• Strong typography, layout, and color sense.
• Experience across digital formats and campaigns.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong visual ideas and systems across brand identity, campaigns, digital, social, experiential and new business.
• Own projects from concept through execution, maintaining a high level of craft and consistency throughout.
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, production and account teams to push the work forward.
• Present design thinking clearly and contribute thoughtful feedback to the broader design team.
• Stay current on design, culture, technology and emerging creative tools.
• Experience building and extending visual identities and campaign systems across multiple platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; motion, 3D and emerging creative tools are a plus.

The base salary range is $100k - $140k plus benefits.

The role is based in Los Angeles, CA.

Please note: This role requires someone to be onsite in the D&G office 3 days per week — Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Some on-set production and occasional travel may also berequired.
