Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4 quality engineering years in a regulated environment or
• Master's degree with 2 quality engineering years in a regulated environment

Responsibilities

• Lead Design Control, Document Control, and QA processes from concept to commercialization.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers and internal plants to implement changes.
• Monitor complaint trends and execute corrective actions.
• Serve as QA expert for entire product line and be SME for cross-functional teams.
• Develop and review Design History Files, CAPAs, and audit reports.
• Create and approve validation protocols for processes and products.
