Tenable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead the visual design of high-impact projects across marketing campaigns, events, and executive communications. You will translate cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling visuals and manage day-to-day design work, including motion graphics.

As a Senior Design Manager, you will play a key role on the creative team to help define and elevate the company's brand across all internal and external touchpoints. In this role, you will lead the visual design of high-impact creative projects, ranging from marketing campaigns and events to executive communications and brand system development. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling, and visually engaging creative work that supports strategic business goals. Crucially, this position requires a strong duality of skills: handling day-to-day general design responsibilities while bringing work to life through animation.
This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance.
