Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned project leader to manage complex design and construction initiatives in Atlanta. You will drive multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors while ensuring alignment with Digital Realty guidelines and business objectives.

Responsibilities include leading RFP processes, reviewing submittals, managing budgets, and delivering key presentations to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing technically complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; Professional License (AIA, PE/PEng) preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage internal teams, external partners, and project stakeholders.
• Strong ability to interpret design/construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Advanced understanding of electrical, mechanical, security/monitoring, and fire detection/suppression systems.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulatory requirements; financial acumen for budgets/estimates.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
