Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Senior Design Specialist to lead the execution of high-quality design projects from concept through delivery. You will ensure outputs are innovative, user-centered, and aligned with the firm’s global visual identity.

The role requires 4+ years in visual branding or related creative marketing, strong UI/UX knowledge, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and HTML/CSS. Expect collaboration across teams, adherence to timelines, and ongoing design system

Qualifications

4+ years directly applicable experience in visual branding, design, advertising or creative marketing.
Proficient in UI/UX design and modular design techniques.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML/CSS or similar tools.
Proficient in Workfront workflow technology.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all design elements on assigned projects from conception to final delivery.
Manage multiple projects with timelines, asset tracking and stakeholder reviews.
Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm, capture feedback and iterate on designs.
Participate in design reviews and help set the bar for design quality.
Maintain and expand design systems to ensure visual brand consistency across platforms.
Ensure outputs are user-friendly, technically sound and aligned with strategic goals.
Apply current design trends and best practices to deliver modern solutions.
Leverage new technologies to support design workflows and the firm’s visual identity.
