HEICO is seeking a Senior Technical Staff Engineer for a full time direct hire role in Hollywood, FL.

The Sr. Technical Staff Engineer on the Technical Services team will be responsible for providing technical oversight of NPD, COS, and ODA activities across HPG. (S)he will also assist in product investigations where needed.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure parts meet all HEICO design and quality requirements prior to receiving FAA PMA. Supporting activity is detailed review of technical and quality inspection data to verify compliance with HPG Policies.
• Advise and mentor HPG Engineering and Quality team members in connection with FAA-managed PMA activities. Areas of focus will be HPG Policies, Mechanical Design, Technical Requirements, Quality Systems, and pertinent FAA regulations.
• Participate in product investigations to include forensic and engineering analysis, reporting and preparation of briefing materials to Customers and Regulatory agencies.
