The role requires mentoring design teams, guiding complex projects from concept through production, and translating brand objectives into compelling physical environments. NYC strongly preferred and hybrid work in a Jack US office is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex spatial design projects from concept through execution.
• Strong portfolio showing environmental storytelling and brand integration.
• Experience presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or leading designers.
• Ability to work across multiple project types and scales.
• Understanding of design processes, fabrication, and buildability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design vision for complex environmental and broadcast design projects from concept through design development.
• Create and guide design concepts connecting brand, storytelling, audience experience, and physical space.
• Lead design workstreams across multiple projects from brief through production handoff.
• Partner with strategy, creative, account, project management, production, fabrication, technical, and vendor teams.
• Mentor designers and grow the creative capabilities of the team.
• Support growth of the Specialized Environments offering across categories.
