Job summary

LJC in Chicago is seeking an experienced Senior Design Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary design coordination for complex industrial projects. You will serve as the central coordination point between clients, project management teams, and engineering disciplines to ensure fully integrated project delivery.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience, a strong understanding of process design, and proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD and Revit. The role is based in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial design, process design, or multidisciplinary coordination experience.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of process safety management and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project coordination across multiple engineering and design disciplines.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams.
• Guide project teams through conceptual design and construction support.
