Zusammenfassung

Sun Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Manager, Field & Marketing Learning Excellence – Medical Dermatology, to design and execute learning solutions for the U.S. Dermatology & Immunology unit.

You will ensure field teams are equipped with knowledge and skills for compliant, effective launches and lifecycle management of LEQSELVI and ILUMYA. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7–10 years pharma/biotech experience; 4+ years in commercial training; launch experience in specialty/medical dermatology; strong knowledge of regulatory requirements; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; vendor and project management experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with Medical Dermatology objectives and brand priorities (LEQSELVI & ILUMYA).
• Lead end-to-end training strategy for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
• Translate strategic imperatives into structured training plans for field readiness and performance.
• Lead training delivery for new hires, national meetings, POAs, and key commercial initiatives.
• Ensure training programs are scalable via standardized frameworks and best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain curricula across onboarding, launch readiness, and ongoing development.
• Manage LMS, Veeva CRM integration, and digital learning formats; measure outcomes.
