Job summary

Intradiem, a leader in Dynamic Workforce Orchestration, is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps/Deployment Engineer in the United States. You will define deployment strategies, automate pipelines, and manage IaC with Terraform across multiple environments to drive reliable software delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and adherence to best practices. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment processes, monitor systems, and stay ahead of industry trends

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in application deployment, release management, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience with scripting and deployment automation in CI environments.
Proficiency with Terraform, including modules, state, and CI/CD integration.
Knowledge of CI practices and cross‑platform integration challenges.
Experience with testing and production environment infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute deployment strategies.
Deploy, configure, and manage applications across development, test, staging, and production environments.
Develop and maintain deployment scripts and automation tools.
Design, build, and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues with development and operations teams.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Conduct testing and verification of deployments for accuracy and performance.
Ensure compliance with deployment and release management policies.
