Job summary

Government Employees Health Association, Inc. (G.E.H.A) seeks a Manager, Dental Network Oversight to lead strategic governance of the dental network across CDN, TPA, and internal partners. The role drives access, savings, and regulator-focused performance while coordinating with Dental Product and analytics teams.

You will develop executive dashboards, monitor network adequacy, and push for improvements that align with FEDVIP and FEHBP-style programs. Hybrid/work-from-home options apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in provider network management, dental network operations, provider relations, health plan operations, network strategy, or network performance oversight.
• Minimum of 3 years supporting or managing network oversight, adequacy monitoring, savings analysis, provider performance improvement, escalation governance, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience evaluating dental/health plan provider networks, access standards, provider availability, savings performance, and governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and holding partners accountable without direct authority.
• Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dental network oversight function across CDN, TPA, and internal stakeholders.
• Own network adequacy performance by geography, product line, and provider access reviews.
• Evaluate owned and contracted networks to ensure access, affordability, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and quantify network savings opportunities through utilization, reimbursement trends, and fee schedules.
• Serve as the primary strategic point of accountability between Dental Product and CDN team.
• Oversee governance, escalation handling, and root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and leadership updates on network performance.
• Shape future operating model, scalable processes, and staffing plans for the function.
