Job summary

Hermitage Modern Dentistry in Nashville is seeking a motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. You will support the dentist, help deliver the Perfect Patient Experience, and contribute to a friendly, efficient clinic environment designed for patient comfort and trust.

• Assisting the dentist to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist.
• Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with guidelines and regulations (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, ADA).

Responsibilities
