Job summary

Prince George's County Government seeks a senior dementia navigation program coordinator to administer the Dementia Navigation Grant, ensure service access for individuals with Alzheimer's or related disorders, and manage day-to-day grant operations.

Reporting to a Community Developer IV, this role involves data collection, reporting, outreach, and collaboration with multiple agencies to serve vulnerable populations in Capitol Heights, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified.
• Two years of responsible community development supervisory work.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Class C driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with completing tasks related to data collection, statistical and narrative reports; support program administration.
• Provide case management services and administrative activities within assigned programs.
• Assist with program analysis, client eligibility, and screening participants.
