Job summary
Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Advisor, Demand Planning in Austin, Texas, to lead commodity-level demand signals for components supporting the server business in North America. You will translate customer and financial requirements into actionable forecasts to optimize product availability and cost.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in asset management or financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and database analysis tools.
- Attention to detail and data integrity in reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong expertise in demand planning, forecasting and data analysis.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
- Experience with Power BI, AI-enabled analytics or supply chain transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan server demand from NPI through product end-of-life.
- Lead S&OP processes across cross-functional stakeholder teams.
- Align demand plans with Operations, Procurement and Revenue Operations teams.
- Communicate demand risks, supportability and forecast performance.
- Influence demand shaping and monitor build schedule execution.
- Lead process improvements, automation and AI-driven initiatives.
