Job summary

PetSafe Brands in Knoxville, TN is seeking a senior-level Demand Planning professional to lead monthly forecasting, S&OP processes, and inventory optimization. You will partner with Sales, Category teams and FP&A to align demand with supply and drive proactive actions.

The role requires 7+ years in demand planning, a Bachelor's degree, and hands-on experience with Demantra and Tableau to build accurate forecasts and support revenue targets up to $100MM annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in business-related roles, consumer goods preferred.
• Prior supply/demand planning experience required.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly demand forecasting process.
• Align with supply planners and sales/categories.
• Develop baseline forecast using Demantra and Tableau data.
• Maintain forecast accuracy, bias, and inventory metrics.
• Contribute to monthly S&OP with the Director Supply Chain.
• Ensure finished goods inventory optimization and right-size inventory.
