Job summary

Stellix Group is seeking a Senior Process Automation Engineer to lead DeltaV projects across client sites, from greenfield installations to process improvements. You will join the Engineering team delivering large-scale automation and process control solutions for various industries.

The role requires a BS in engineering and at least 5 years of DCS experience, with travel to client sites in the Greater Boston area and beyond.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with distributed control systems (DCS).
• Knowledge of data collection, bus technologies, and OPC communication.
• cGMP and batch process control knowledge with validation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and testing of DeltaV-based automation software.
• Prepare FRs, DDS, and test scripts and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and cross-function collaboration across disciplines.
• Engage with clients and provide clear technical communications.
• Adhere to NECI and engineering policies and standards.
• Travel within Greater Boston area and potentially other US/abroad locations.
