Job summary

Mammoth Growth is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to oversee multiple client engagements, guiding projects from inception to completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams implementing agentic AI-driven analytics and data engineering solutions while maintaining client satisfaction and revenue.

You will collaborate with executives and technical teams to ensure on-time delivery, strong governance, and measurable outcomes across data initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting or professional services, preferably data analytics or AI implementations.
• Proven track record delivering data-driven projects on time and within budget.
• Experience building and presenting strategic roadmaps for data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as primary client liaison, communicating with executive and technical stakeholders.
• Lead implementation teams of data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI specialists.
• Lead sprint or Kanban planning and execution to foster alignment and accountability.
• Develop and manage project plans and roadmaps with clear timelines and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to identify requirements.
• Ensure architecture decisions and data implementations meet business objectives.
• Present project progress and deliverables to client stakeholders with visual storytelling.
• Communicate project health to executive and account teams, highlighting value, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance delivery capabilities.

As a Senior Delivery Lead at Mammoth Growth , you will be responsible for overseeing multiple client engagements, ensuring project success from inception to completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams implementing agentic AI-driven analytics and data engineering solutions while maintaining client satisfaction and project profitability.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget
• Serve as the primary client liaison, communicating effectively with both executive and technical stakeholders
• Lead implementation teams comprised of data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI specialists
• Lead sprint (or Kanban) planning and execution, driving agile practices that foster alignment, transparency, and accountability across the team
• Develop and manage project plans and roadmaps, ensuring clear timelines for upcoming initiatives while proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies to keep delivery schedules on track
• Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to identify business requirements
• Ensure architecture decisions and data implementations meet business objectives
• Present project progress and deliverables to client stakeholders with visual storytelling excellence
• Communicate project health to executive and account management teams, highlighting business value delivered, renewal risks, and opportunities for expansion or extension.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance delivery capabilities

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, preferably in data analytics or AI implementation
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in data-driven environments
• Previous exposure to Snowflake, DBT, or similar modern data stack technologies preferred
• Strong understanding of analytics engineering and data engineering principles
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Experience building and presenting strategic roadmaps for data initiatives
• Background in managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
