Responsibilities include leading staff training, assessing needs, delivering programs, and ensuring compliance with security and quality standards. Travel is possible as required by government programs.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 5 years of experience; years may be substituted for degree.
• Develops solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope following detailed instructions.
• Must have a current and active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities related to various training and educational programs.
• Identify training needs and administer plans to meet them.
• Develop training aids and materials; keep informed of new methods.
• Analyze training program effectiveness and report to management.
• Prepare budgets and travel plans; coordinate vendor contracting as needed.
• Recruit, train staff and evaluate performance; handle promotions and transfers.
