SAAB seeks a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to lead defense programs from concept through delivery, owning architecture, requirements, and integration for air, land, and naval solutions. You will use MBSE to align multidisciplinary teams and drive mission-critical outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, conduct trade studies, oversee verification/validation, and ensure safety and reliability in line with defense standards while collaborating with global partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MBSE-driven programs in defense or aerospace.
• Ability to translate customer needs into system architecture and requirements.
• Familiarity with safety, reliability, and defense standards.
