Job summary

SAAB is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to lead defense manufacturing programs from concept through delivery. You will own system architecture, requirements, and integration using MBSE to align multidisciplinary teams.

You’ll decompose customer needs, conduct trade studies, oversee verification and validation, and ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and defense standards while mentoring engineers and collaborating globally on mission-critical solutions.

Qualifications
