Job summary

SAAB seeks a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to lead complex defense programs from concept through delivery. You will own system architecture, requirements, and integration for air, land, and naval solutions, using MBSE to align multidisciplinary teams.

You’ll mentor engineers, conduct trade studies, oversee verification/validation, and ensure adherence to safety, reliability, and defense standards while collaborating globally on mission-critical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven MBSE experience leading defense programs.
• Strong systems engineering background with architecture, requirements and integration.
• Experience with safety and defense standards and verification.
