Job summary

Nyla Technology Solutions seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to lead and execute end-to-end system engineering for mission-critical defense and intelligence programs in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will translate complex requirements into scalable architectures and coordinate with government overseers and IPTs.

Required: TS/SCI polygraph clearance, 14+ years of experience or 19+ years with a high school diploma, and proficiency in DoDAF/SOA-driven design and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, CS, IS, Engineering Management or related field with 14+ years of experience.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 19+ years of hands-on systems engineering and architecture experience.
• Experience with DoDAF, SOA, and lifecycle engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for defense and intelligence systems across full lifecycle.
• Analyze requirements and develop system architecture and SEP/ICD artifacts.
• Guide operational integration and maintain system baseline integrity.
• Collaborate with government overseers and cross-functional IPTs.
