Job summary

Astrion invites a Senior Organizational Program Manager to support AFLCMC/EBD at Eglin AFB, FL. The role provides operational, administrative, and staff support to division leaders, coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and preparing documents for government staff and events.

The position requires extensive program management experience, full-time on-site work, and up to 10% travel, with an active DoD Secret clearance. Collaboration with external agencies and HQ is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 15 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's with 10 years, or Master's with 7 years.
• Administrative experience supporting senior leaders in a government or similar office environment.
• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and gather project-specific data for effective written communications.
• Provide leadership with key issues and deadline lists related to the division's mission.
• Track task completion and progress.
• Supply info and materials to government staff for event preparation.
• Draft documents for leadership review and approval.
• Disseminate program policies and coordinate supporting documentation.
• Support and oversee meetings, including visitor preparations.
• Compile background and invite participants; ensure proper filing of attendance, minutes, and action items.
• Manage scheduling and video conference requirements.
• Apply analytical methods to support management and evaluate information.
• Assist in continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Support manpower and personnel management, maintaining rosters, plans, charts, statements, and directories.
• Prepare facility, supply, and emergency management documentation.
• Participate in inspection activities and maintain liaison with external agencies and higher headquarters.
• Support processing of military and civilian awards and decorations
