Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks an experienced Program Analyst to support US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) and USSOCOM through the PMO on a large, global contract. The role focuses on day-to-day scope, schedule, and cost performance, partnering with Program Managers and functional staff to drive operational and financial efficiency.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in program management, with an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience leading and managing programs, business management, and/or project controls on programs/organization of significance.
• Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Supports the PM with programmatic administration and TOR deliverables, including personnel accountability, manpower reporting, and travel-related administration.
• Facilitates program deliverables, program analysis, subcontractor management, and travel coordination.
• Supports deployment of personnel to CONUS locations and coordinates deployment-related activities.
• Keeps informed of regulations and laws applicable to contractor deployment policies and systems.
• Performs detailed analyses of complex functions, draws conclusions, and reports changes and trends.
• Plans and coordinates deployment-related travel and updates management systems.
• Manages ITAR and EAR compliance for defense-related technology, services, and software.
• Conducts risk assessments, implements internal controls, and manages export/import licensing.
• Maintains daily export operations, jurisdiction, and classification determinations.
