Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (or related) with 12–15 years of experience, or MS with 10–13 years.
• Experience with network systems engineering methodologies.
• Experience with architecture diagrams.
• Experience performing requirements analysis.
• Clearance: US Secret required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define program-level architecture and engineering needs with leadership.
• Design enhancements to the operational baseline.
• Advise on network optimization and provide design recommendations.
• Define system requirements for new capabilities.
• Develop infrastructure documentation and network diagrams.
• Prepare technical and programmatic updates for integration and status.
• Produce reports and presentations for technical audiences.
• Maintain authorized-user records and system configurations.
• Generate configuration management reports for oversight.
• Evaluate new technologies for integration into the network.
• Create/update end-user documentation.
