Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience navigating the full life cycle of defense acquisition systems — from requirements through validation and sustainment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and technical communication across technical and managerial domains.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Active Secret clearance required to participate in classified program activities.

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and develop technical documentation to support engineering change proposals and sustainment objectives.
  • Conduct detailed technical analyses and participate in design and Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) reviews.
  • Witness hardware integration onto AAV/ACV platforms and observe test execution.
  • Review test plans and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop informational briefs and present results to government stakeholders in support of program schedules.
