Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a field related to the labor category.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the labor category may substitute for a degree.
• Ability to communicate complex analytic findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis of foreign defense industrial programs and capabilities.
• Assess research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation, and production of foreign weapons systems.
• Lead teams and provide guidance on analytic methodologies.
