Job summary

NVIDIA's Deep Learning Software group is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead software programs for training and inference frameworks, supporting top AI researchers and engineers.

You will coordinate with hardware, software, model, product, QA, and compliance teams, drive release scope, milestones, risk management, and metrics to measure success across a rapidly evolving roadmap.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics or equivalent.
• 10+ years software program management experience leading global projects.
• Experience delivering large software programs across multi-layer stacks.
• Ability to build consensus and drive strategic/tactical program success.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking in dynamic environments.
• Proficient with Jira, Aha!, Confluence and Git.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hardware, software, and model teams to deliver framework programs.
• Align release scope, milestones, risk, and dependencies across cross-company teams.
• Guide planning, forecasting, scheduling, and issue resolution for software programs.
• Develop metrics and analyze data to support planning and decisions.
• Define standard processes for open-source contribution and release management.
• Report program status with insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate multi-functional leads to improve organizational alignment and efficiency.
