Qualifications

• Current membership with the State Bar of California.

Responsibilities

• Interview victims and witnesses; discuss cases with investigators and attorneys; prepare witnesses for court.
• Review police and other reports to obtain relevant information for cases.
• Assist law enforcement with investigations and policy development.
• Obtain search warrants and subpoenas; negotiate resolutions of cases.
• Appear and present in court at various stages of cases; file motions and briefs.
