Job summary

Brown Rudnick LLP in Washington, DC seeks a 4th–5th year Litigation Associate to join our Commercial Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of complex commercial litigation, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, handle written discovery, and take/defend depositions.

Experience in trial preparation and trial support is expected, with exposure to matters in corporate governance disputes, insurance coverage, and cross-border matters.

Qualifications

• Barred in Washington, DC with outstanding academic credentials.
• Experience handling all aspects of written discovery, drafting pleadings, arguing motions.
• Experience with both defense and plaintiff sides is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
