Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking a Senior Developer with strong DB2 experience, particularly in an AIX environment. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of application development experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with Stored Procedures and SQL. You will design, test, and implement solutions, working with large multi-partitioned DB2 databases. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent, with preferred certifications in DB2 and IBM technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of overall application development experience.
• Experience creating complex DB2/SQL queries and Stored Procedures.
• Experience in performance tuning of SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Design, Test, and Implementation in AIX environment.
• Work with multi-partitioned large DB2 UDB databases.
• Create Unix Scripts in UNIX environment.
