Job summary

Que Technology Group is seeking a Dataflow Engineer to manage NiFi dataflows, cluster management, and system operations with emphasis on incident response and performance tuning.

The role also supports integration, upgrades, and deployments, handling large data ingest pipelines, Elastic cluster management, and Kibana dashboard development to enhance analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong experience with NiFi dataflows and NiFi cluster management.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Improve foundational data processing and dataflow efficiency within operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot NiFi dataflows and clusters; ensure performance.
• Support system integration, upgrades, and deployment activities; build dashboards.

Job description

Que Technology Group is seeking a Dataflow Engineer who will focus on system operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, with specific attention to NiFi dataflows and NiFi cluster management; some light Python scripting is required. The candidate will also support system integration, upgrade, and deployment activities. The majority of the time will be spent working with systems that ingest large volumes of data. Responsibilities will include Elastic cluster management and deployment, creating Kibana visualizations and dashboards, and enhancing data analytic solutions.

Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Mission Focus: Foundational processing and dataflow within operations; increasing efficiency and throughput
• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience working knowledge of NiFi is required; in-depth understanding of corporate dataflow and knowledge of common tools such as DX, ElasticSearch, Kibana; intermediate knowledge of Linux and Docker
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 8-years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Desirable Skills:Knowledge and/or experience with the customer's analytic tools; Kubernetes, Kafka

Security Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
