Job summary

Charter Global is seeking a System Application Administrator or Senior Databricks System Administrator for a 12-month project. You will provide operational support for Databricks, including installation and troubleshooting of knowledge graph services. The role requires strong customer-facing experience and proficiency in cloud operations, specifically in Kubernetes deployment and management.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of complex solutions environments. Remote work is available with potential travel to Cleveland, Atlanta, or Dallas.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years working in customer success or in a customer‑facing engineering capacity.
• Experience with complex solutions environment.
• Experience with cloud ops / Kubernetes application deployment and management.

Responsibilities
