Job summary

Ejamerica is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to advance our enterprise data platform on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. You will design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines, implement Delta Lake data models, and enable advanced analytics, AI/ML initiatives, and enterprise-wide data products.

This role collaborates with Data Architects, Scientists, BI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver governed, reusable data assets across Operations, Finance, Asset Management, Safety,

Qualifications

7+ years of data engineering experience.
Experience with Databricks Lakehouse Platform.
Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT development.
Experience with data governance and security.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and Spark SQL.
Develop ETL/ELT processes that ingest, transform, and curate large-scale data.
Implement and support Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
Develop Delta Lake-based solutions with data quality controls.
Build batch and near real-time data processing using Spark Streaming and Kafka.
Create reusable frameworks for data ingestion, monitoring, and orchestration.
