Job summary

Intetics Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our global technology team on a full-time basis. You will own Databricks pipelines that power our AI-driven CRM data backbone, ensuring fast, clean data at scale across Azure and AWS.

Collaborate with ML engineers, product teams, and Enterprise Architecture to deliver reliable data delivery for multi-tenant environments. You will drive production reliability, optimize costs, and modernize legacy ETL/ELT pipelines while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data engineering experience.
• 2+ years on Databricks or Apache Spark in Azure and/or AWS.
• Proficiency in PySpark, SQL, and Python for production pipelines.
• Experience with Delta Lake including ACID transactions and schema evolution.
• Experience tuning pipelines and optimizing Databricks compute in production.
• Solid PostgreSQL knowledge for schema design and querying.
• Experience maintaining legacy ETL tooling (SSIS, Informatica, etc.).
• Experience with multi-tenant architectures and tenant isolation.
• Collaborative work across Data Science, Product and Infrastructure teams.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance principles.

Responsibilities

• Own Databricks production pipelines and monitor reliability.
• Maintain SLA metrics and report platform health to stakeholders.
• Migrate legacy ETL/ELT pipelines to Databricks and automate transitions.
• Design high-performance pipelines across Azure and AWS environments.
• Enforce data security practices including RBAC and secrets management.
• Implement data quality monitoring and observability tooling.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to integrate pipelines with the product ecosystem.
• Provide on-call support for global operations and incident response.
