Job summary

A technology company is seeking an experienced Database Programmer to provide system and database engineering support for development and production activities. You will administer and implement computer databases while supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of relevant experience, knowledge of various coding languages, and an active DoD Secret Clearance. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience for HS diploma or 4+ years with a BS degree.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Experience in coding relevant to team role.

Responsibilities

• Program, administer, test, and implement computer databases.
• Coordinate changes to computer databases.
• Implement security measures for databases.

Skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience with database management systems

Knowledge of coding languages: .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, C#, YAML

Experience with Jira and DevSecOps tools

Education

High school diploma or GED
