Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience in database-heavy environments with complex business logic.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and implement complex business logic within application and database-driven systems.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or supporting applications and services, not only moving data between systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications across platforms and databases.
• Analyze codebases, business logic, database structures, and data flows.
• Extend, improve, or modernize existing applications with limited supervision.
• Work with database-heavy systems where complex calculations reside in the database layer.
• Develop and support Python-based services that provide data to front ends.
• Troubleshoot complex application, database, and logic issues and implement fixes.
