Job summary

The position requires expertise across MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and .NET-based technologies with strong problem solving and project-management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or combination of education and experience.
• Minimum six (6) years relational database management experience required.
• Customer Service requires a minimum of six (6) years of related technical experience in supporting various database platforms data center level.

Responsibilities

• Backup and recovery of systems.
• Patching of systems.
• Providing Tier II/III support to lower tiers.
• Performance tuning, hardware upgrades, operational configurations, resource optimization, etc.
