Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server in a large, business‑critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and schedules database management plans for high performance and availability.
• Administers databases in high‑availability environments including clustering, replication, backups, and security.
• Performs database upgrades, migrations, and data modeling across IT disciplines.
• Collaborates with departments to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver outputs meeting business objectives.
• Provides consulting and technical support to developers, analysts, and users.
• Responds to production issues on a 24‑hour on‑call basis.
• Administers Power BI reports and data visualizations for internal stakeholders.
• Designs and maintains logical/physical data models and ETL processes.
