Corning Incorporated in Charlotte, NC seeks a Data Warehouse & BI Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of data warehouse, reporting, and analytics solutions that drive operational visibility and business decision-making. This hands-on role requires translating complex requirements into scalable, reliable data solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years designing, developing, and supporting Data Warehouse and BI solutions.
• 7+ years with Microsoft BI technologies (SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).
• Strong T-SQL development incl. stored procedures, functions, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Experience building data warehouse, ETL, and end-user reporting (Power BI or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data warehouse, reporting, and analytics solutions (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support).
• Design and maintain data warehouse and BI solutions for manufacturing and enterprise priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams to define approaches and deliver data capabilities.
• Develop T-SQL procedures, functions, queries, and scripts for data integration and reporting.
• Design, build, and support ETL processes for data from manufacturing and enterprise systems.
• Research, analyze, and troubleshoot data issues and reports (SSRS/Power BI).
• Work with DBA to assess server health and optimize queries (indexing, tuning).
• Develop and support data migration procedures for projects and operations.
• Contribute to scalable, maintainable DW architecture aligned with best practices.
• Maintain code in version control and follow SDLC.
