Job summary

The Amatriot Group is seeking a Business Analyst to work with customers in Washington, DC to capture business and user requirements, define stories and epics, and collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and development teams to deliver solutions.

You will author and peer review a wide range of documents, build datasets and dashboards, manage data governance, and participate in agile ceremonies while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Current Security+ certification or higher.
• On-site in Washington, DC.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specs.
• Build datasets and visualizations to support reporting.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and metadata management.
• Manage and update user stories in Jira.
• Document current processes and design improved future-state workflows.
• Establish governance for key data domains and communicate metrics.
• Mentor junior team members and support project delivery.
• Collaborate with developers on system integrations and deployments.
