Publicis Sapient in New York seeks a Senior Consultant to define and execute data strategies that align with business objectives. You will assess data landscapes, develop roadmaps, and drive data initiatives across governance, architecture, and analytics to enable digital transformation.

You will guide clients, translate business needs into technical data requirements, and influence senior leadership while supporting organizational change towards a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data strategy, data governance, or enterprise data management.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data technologies.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and define data strategies that support those objectives.
• Assess the current state of data architecture, governance, and analytics capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop data roadmaps and transformation plans that align with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Define data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement data platforms, cloud-based solutions, and analytics tools.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging data trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Support change management efforts by helping organizations adopt a data-driven culture and mindset.
• Measure and track the impact of data initiatives, ensuring they deliver measurable business value.
