Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Manager of Data Stewardship to drive data quality, stewardship execution, and operational readiness across master data domains.

You will lead Data Stewards, partner with governance, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable data requirements and measurable improvements. The role requires 10+ years in data disciplines, 2+ years of people leadership, and expertise in MDM, data quality, and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data management or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Stewards across master data domains.
• Collaborate with Data Product Owners & governance teams.
• Define priorities, data quality rules, and remediation workflows.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to monitor data quality.
• Identify and maintain Critical Data Elements and data dictionaries.
• Oversee data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and root cause analysis.
