Job summary

You will design and implement ETL mappings, write and test Perl and Python code, and collaborate with support and SWD to resolve issues across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a master’s degree, 5+ years of software development, strong SQL and Linux skills, and hands-on ML/big data experience with Cassandra and Hadoop.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience writing applications; scripting languages preferred.
• 3+ years of practical Linux OS experience.
• 3+ Years in Product, Process, or Semiconductor Yield Engineering
• Expertise with relational databases, including Oracle and Informix, and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning and big data (Cassandra, Hadoop) preferred.
• Excellent self-drive and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create an ETL mapping and/or design document.
• Write ETL code in Perl and Python and unit test it.
• Collaborate with Support and SWD teams to fix issues.
• Build a knowledge base to guide data engineering decisions.
• Assist leadership for business intelligence requirements.
• Coordinate coding efforts and foster communication.
