Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Senior Data & AI Solutions Architect to lead data solution design using Microsoft Fabric. You will orchestrate architecture across OneLake, Data Factory, Spark, and real-time analytics, guiding presales and client engagements to deliver scalable data platforms.

You will work closely with governance, AI teams, and clients to craft proposals, roadmaps, and implementation plans, enabling modernization and revenue growth throughFabric-powered data solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services.
• Proven track record designing large-scale data solutions.
• Strong presales experience focusing on data architecture and engineering.
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT, and real-time streaming.

Responsibilities

• Presales engagement with clients to understand requirements and goals.
• Design and present tailored data solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and assessments for modernization.
• Create technical proposals, roadmaps, and cost estimates.
• Develop SOWs with cross-functional alignment and client value.
• Drive revenue growth within the professional services team.
• Architect end-to-end data solutions using Fabric for OneLake, Data Factory, Spark.
• Collaborate with governance and AI teams to ensure scalable, compliant pipelines.
