Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in IS/IT.
• Preferred: 5 years of experience in Process Improvement.
• 3 years of experience in Project Management.
• 3 years of experience in Health Insurance Industry.
• 3 years of experience in Healthcare Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead in working with customers, Data Software Engineers, Data Architects, Capability Managers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive data solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges and deliver data-driven insights.
• Provide SME support for complex project and production activities, including new strategic programs.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interface with business areas, customers, partners, and vendors to drive value and ROI.
• Lead requirements testing, including test plans, scenarios, and defect management, tying results to customer impact.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic direction in Data, Product and Technology Solutions.
