Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a senior-level data analyst to present recommendations to senior management and develop innovative data solutions. You will master critical data and analytics tools, collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors to enable AI-ready data and BI capabilities.

You will lead data quality initiatives, design processes for new offerings, and drive enhancements across data management practices while building strong relationships with partners and the broader Vanguard ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in data analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, AWS, and data visualization with Tableau.
• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for data sets, storage systems, and processes.
• Lead process design to support new offerings and improvements.
• Improve data management services and coordinate stakeholder input.
• Define data requirements with partners and validate deliverables.
• Identify scalable data solutions with vendors and internal teams.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
