Machine Learning Technologies LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a Senior Data Scientist to design, implement, and operationalize time-series forecasting models on cloud platforms (GCP or equivalent). You will build end-to-end pipelines using PySpark, Python, and SQL, and advance anomaly detection and alerting across large data ecosystems.

Applicants should have 5+ years of hands-on data science experience, strong cloud skills, and domain knowledge in supply chain and demand forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with hands-on model development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including PySpark and common data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit learn).
• Experience working with GCP or similar cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with time-series forecasting, regression models, and ensemble methods.
• Strong SQL experience and comfort with large-scale datasets.
• Ability to diagnose data issues, perform anomaly analysis, and build automated alerting solutions.

Responsabilités

• Build, train, and deploy time-series forecasting models using techniques such as XGBoost, ARIMA, Prophet, and more.
• Operationalize model pipelines using GCP services (BigQuery, Dataproc, Cloud Run) or AWS/Azure.
• Develop scalable data processing workflows using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Design and implement data anomaly detection systems with automated alerting.
• Measure model accuracy with metrics like MAPE, RMSE, MAE and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in supply chain and retail analytics.
